Morning Yoga 

Join any time
​

New Students: 1st week FREE 
$12 drop-in, $140 per month, $375 3 months

MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS
8:50am - 9:30am

​Each class will start with an inspirational reading, topic for contemplation or metta phrase, and will include some pranayam (breathwork).  The movement will be primarily yoga with some qigong, pilates and energy medicine & occasional creative movement. 
Zoom room opens at 8:45am
Recordings are provided on request and available 7 days. 

All bodies welcome, all ages welcome, and best suited for those with familiarity with basic yoga fundamentals.

We are once again offering this popular mini-retreat for body, mind & soul.  This class combines restorative yoga, using lots of props to support the body, and applied Thai Massage which deeply enhances the benefits of the postures.
While you relax in restorative yoga poses, 2 of us circulate the room and offer hands-on Thai Massage to participants.   Groups are limited to 8 participants.
​Luxuriate in this practice sprinkled with poetry, beauty & loving kindness.

QiYoga in the Park​

Weekly drop-in
      Fridays 11:00 am - 11:45 am (times vary over the spring & summer season)
      $10 - $15 drop in, sliding scale.

      Join Cedar for in-person outdoor class.
      This 45 minute class creatively combines QiGong, medical qigong, energy medicine, yoga & neuro-yoga into a healing practice that releases stagnant ‘qi” and increases the flow of healthy, vibrant “qi”/ life force energy.  The qi flows much more abundantly outdoors, where we're exposed to sunlight & can have our barefeet on the earth.

The practice is mostly done standing, so is accessible to those who don't want to get up & down off the floor. We meet under the big oak tree in Oaklands park, just past the playground. Bring a cushion for sitting & a blanket if you want to lay down at the end.  Practice will continue throughout the fall ~ inclement weather may affect location, join the email list to be notified of any changes.
