How we start our day has a profound impact on the rest of our day and there are many studies that confirm the benefits of a regular morning practice. With all that is going on in the world, it is so helpful to have support to move, to be kind and compassionate toward ourselves and others, and to BREATHE!.
This practice started as a 30 day practice in January to kick off the new year in a good way, and it's so popular that we are still going. We'd love to have you join us. It's surprising how much you can accomplish in 30 minutes and how much better you'll feel throughout the rest of your day!
