Morning Yoga Sadhana
TESTIMONIALS:
"You are an amazing 'teacher'...the way you explain everything and have us visualize has helped me immensely in deepening the connection I have with my body....always learning and moving forward. I'm thankful that you are part of my journey! " ~ Pam W. "I really enjoy your teaching. Feels very respectful of this body which has been away from yoga for several years. So far the classes have felt productive (in the sense of getting to parts of me that benefit by the stretching), safely challenging, chi-fluffing, and restorative. I find your instruction to be relaxed, clear and concise, and somehow you are able to monitor all of us and suggest corrections where relevant." ~ Margot S. I found the short 30 minutes set my day onto a positive, balanced, focused and deeply connected path which lasted throughout the day. It has enriched and transformed January from long and dreary to light and glowing! I have signed up for February to see myself through until the Spring sunshine With gratitude and blessings to you. ~ Louisa E. |
TESTIMONIALS, Cont'd: “It's been a blessing to establish such a healthy morning ritual, I am thrilled, thank you !” ~ Stacy S. “I am very pleased with the results to date and very glad I signed up for the full series. I have been dealing with a lot of back pain and your gentle practice has made a big difference as I tend to push myself too much. Almost no pain for the past 2 weeks!” ~ Susan S. "Just wanted to let you know how MUCH I am benefiting from the classes you put on Cedar! 🙏 I love the variety, adaptions and meta phrases you incorporate into our practice." ~ Paul E. "I'm really enjoying the morning commitment to 'be with my body' for the half hour or more. I chose to do this because I needed to take a firm step to make such a commitment and because it is you leading the practice. And because it was affordable!" ~ Barb T. "I just wanted to write and tell you I absolutely love your class and your teaching and it’s just totally perfect and amazing for me right now. Thank you so very deeply for offering this for us" ~Anne S. |
QiYoga in the Park
Spring & Summer 2024 Dates TBA
$10 per class or $40 per month
Join me for an in-person outdoor set of classes to build up the good "Qi" while the weather is still warm.
I will be sharing some familiar qigong & yoga sequences as well as introducing the "Chinese Wand" series of exercises that utilize a stick (a broom handle that is at least 5 feet long will do. A yoga strap at least the same length will work as an alternative).
The Chinese Wand series is great for opening up the shoulders, chest & lungs and releasing tension from those areas of the body.
The overall practice helps to release stagnant energy & enliven the body, awaken the heart & clear the mind.
Location sent upon completing registration.
